Step 3: Get Prequalfied and Get a Preapproval Letter

Most sellers will want to see proof that you can get the loan for the amount that you are needing. 

Getting prequalified and preapproved is very important to do and will make the rest easier.

 

Step 4: Find Your Real Estate Agent

This is where we come in. You want to choose an agent that you feel comfortable with and that you trust.

Step 8: Have the Home Appraised

Appraisals are professional estimates as to what the home is worth. 

We want to make sure that you are getting what you are paying for.

 

Step 9: Complete the Paperwork

Both your agent and your lender will help you get all of the paperwork done that needs to be done.

 

Step 10: Close on the House

This is where you will sign all of the closing documents and the home will officially become yours!
